Google's traffic estimator 
a) plug-in the keywords for your business /someone with  experience in adwords, ppc, generic words, and long tail keywords would be a definite asset for this exercise/  
b) chose in the tool your target markets 
c) play with economic, average and generous daily budget for PPC ads 
d) see what is the expected number of clicks/visits
e) if your websites get tuned-up to sale, you have the chance to turn between 1% and 5% of all visitors into buyers.
Assume that in year one, the ratio visitors/sales will be closer to 1% and by the end of the second year it can go closer to5%... make the calculatios.  Done.
